How do I book an appointment at Glossed?+
Book online at any time — choose your treatment, your therapist and a time that suits you, and you will get instant confirmation plus a reminder before your visit. You can also call us on 020 3989 3169.
Do you take walk-ins?+
We do when we have a gap, but Glossed is largely pre-booked. Booking online is the only way to be certain of a time, especially evenings and weekends.
Do I pay a deposit?+
Some treatments and all courses take a deposit to hold the time. It comes off your final balance.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Manage it yourself from your Glossed account, or call us. We ask for as much notice as you can give so the time can go to someone else.
Do you sell gift vouchers?+
Yes — digital gift vouchers are available online and can be spent on any treatment in the house.
Do you offer nail training?+
Yes. Glossed Academy runs accredited nail courses in small groups with live models, taught in the same studio our clients are treated in.
